Terms and Conditions

We like our T&Cs to be as seamless as our ordering process, so here’s everything you need to know to make your catering experience seamless. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they outline how we provide our service to you.

ELENTI ("us", "we", or "our") operates the ELENTI website (the "Service").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Ordering & Payment

1.1

We require a minimum of 72 hours to book all orders. This timeframe allows us to ensure that necessary supplies are ordered, and adequate resources are available to fulfill your order.

1.2

When placing an enquiry through our website, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself or your organization.

1.3

An additional fee of 10% of the total invoice may be charged for late changes or increased numbers made within 48 hours of the event. This fee will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

1.4

Invoices will be issued within 5 days of the event date.

1.5

Payment for orders must be made in full within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon prior.

1.6

We accept payment via electronic transfer & credit card (fees apply).

1.7

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1

Cancellations of orders must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

2.2

Cancellation within 48 hours, will incur a fee of 50% of the total invoice.

2.3

Cancellation within 24 hours of the event, will incur a fee of 100% of the total invoice.

2.4

These cancellation charges are designed to compensate for the loss of assumed income as well as potential income on the specified date, along with other costs incurred. These costs may include, but are not limited to, produce, labour, scheduling, and administration.

2.5

Where possible, we will exercise discretion to minimize cancellation charges. Each case will be evaluated individually, considering costs already incurred.

2.6

The unlikely event that we are unable to provide any service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as early as possible. This notification will allow you to make alternative arrangements. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will assist you in any way we can during such circumstances.

3. Delivery & Pickup

3.1

Our standard delivery times are from 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and from 7:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday. For special events, alternative delivery options are available at request. Deliveries outside of the standard hours may be accommodated upon request, but additional charges will apply, and availability is subject to confirmation.

3.2

Delivery and pickup options are available for orders, subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

3.3

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic conditions or adverse weather. We work with a 15-minute grace period, if we are running late, we will communicate this with you and do our best to get to you as quickly and safely as possible.

3.4

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address and time, this might be earlier than your preferred delivery slot.

4. Food Safety & Allergies

4.1

We take all necessary precautions to ensure that our food is prepared and handled in accordance with food safety standards and regulations.

4.2

While we make every effort to accommodate most dietary requirements and allergies, we cannot guarantee that our food is free from allergens or cross-contamination.

4.3

It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. It is essential that you inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 72 hours before your event. Failure to provide this information within the specified time frame may result in our inability to accommodate those needs. We encourage you to provide detailed information about your allergies, including the specific allergen(s) you are allergic to and the severity of your allergy. This enables us to take appropriate measures to minimize the risk of cross-contamination and ensure your safety.

4.4

While we will do our best to accommodate your dietary needs, please be aware that our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients, and we cannot guarantee that our dishes will be completely free from traces of allergens. If you have severe allergies, we suggest considering alternative dining options or bringing your own food to ensure your safety.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1

All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ELENTI or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

5.2

You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content or images from our website without obtaining prior written permission from us.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
